I am learning to notice and identify punctuation marks when I am reading.

"I say the words louder if there is an exclamation mark, and I know it's a question when there is a question mark, and I know to stop when there is a full stop. I did not know that I have to pause at a comma.  I love reading, and I read at home.  I teach my little sister a bit.  Mrs Wyatt, Diya, and Zurielle teach me how to read."

I am learning to write my idea in a sentence that makes sense.

"I remember full stops, capital letters, finger spaces.  I know how to spell lots of words.  It is hard to do the hard words in my writing.  Mrs Wyatt, Zurielle and Diya help me, and I practice at home, and teach my sister."

I am learning to solve addition problems by counting the objects.

"Guessing what is the answer is easy is easy because I count all he objects.  Take away problems are hard for me.  Diya, Zurielle and Mrs Wyatt helps me."
